Apple holds the card, not us. We never see your payment details. The free month and the renewal are Apple's to administer, and you cancel in your iPhone's own Settings in two taps -- without asking us, and without us being able to stop you.

  • Every child in your family -- not billed per profile.
  • Every device you pair -- tablets, phones, whatever your kids actually use.
  • One subscription, managed from the parent app and your Apple ID.

How the free month will work

The first month is free, and it runs the same way any App Store subscription trial does: when you start, your Apple ID payment method goes on file, and you are not charged for that first month. If you don't cancel before it ends, ChannelKeep automatically renews into the paid plan you chose, at the price shown above, and your card is charged the same way any subscription would be. Apple handles the trial, the renewal, and the charge -- not us.

Cancel any time before the free month ends, from your Apple ID subscription settings, and you won't be charged at all.

What deleting your account does not do

Deleting your ChannelKeep account deletes your data -- immediately, and it cascades through everything listed on our transparency page. It does not cancel your subscription. Apple holds the billing relationship, not us, and there is no way for ChannelKeep to reach into the App Store and cancel a customer's subscription on their behalf. If you delete your account without separately cancelling in the App Store, Apple keeps billing you for a subscription attached to an account that no longer exists.

If you're doing both, cancel in the App Store first, then delete your account.
